a family run business owned and operated by John and Lesley
Yates.
We are located at Riley Green in the
idyllic Lancashire country side in the grounds of the Boat
Yard Inn against the stunning backdrop of the historic
Hoghton Tower.

friends or family leaving the hustle and bustle of everyday
