Lancashire Cream Tea Cruises

Come onboard our cruising restaurant on Bank Holiday Monday 1pm and be treated to Lancashire Cream Tea. The cruise which will last approximately three hours will allow you to take in the picturesque scenery which the canal has to offer.
Lancashire cream tea menu will consist of delicious homemade scones served with Jam and Cream along with a pot of Tea or Coffee from our attentive, friendly crew. Furthermore there will be a full range of sandwiches on offer to nibble on.
The boat has a fully licensed bar, background music, central heating and bathroom all to make your trip as comfortable as possible. It is fully enclosed and creates a warm and intimate atmosphere.
Bring onboard your friends or family and have a catch up or come on board and meet with other people. The journey will take you from our base at Riley Green Marina, through Withnell fold nature reserve, past the Withnell fold paper mill and then onto hamlet of Wheelton.
Then we will be going to Johnson Hillocks where we will descend, turn the boat around and then ascend ready to commence the return journey back to base. At just £25 per person, places are limited and so to avoid disappointment it is advised that you book early.
