Late availability Canal Boat Hire offers departing May 2012

British Waterways have had a change of heart and is offering concessions on moorings within London canals during the Olympic Games for canal boats and other boats. Those boaters who reside in London without a home mooring can now purchase a license for £360 which will enable them to remain within the North London Controlled Zone.

A brand new television programme is going to be filmed for viewing on Channel 4 about micro design. This will be produced by Plum Pictures and will be a six part series presented by George Clarke. They want to show off the most innovative and stunning small scale projects within the UK such as canal boat conversion.
